2012 MedAssets Healthcare Business Summit
Performance Forum Call for Proposals

MedAssets invites healthcare and business professionals alike to submit speaking proposals for its 2012 Healthcare Business Summit Performance Forum.

The Performance Forum is a forward-thinking, education-focused event attended by 1,000 or more healthcare professionals drawn from across the care continuum, ranging from physician practices to community and academic hospitals to large, integrated delivery networks. This year the annual event will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The deadline to submit completed speaker's proposals for consideration is now extended to Wednesday, September 7, 2011. Late proposals will not be accepted. Sessions are one hour in length.

The Performance Forum is designated to offer a high-impact educational and networking environment, enabling hospital directors and executives, as well as practicing clinicians, to collaborate, exchange real-world experiences, learn about future-looking trends, new technologies and proven best practices to apply toward current challenges and prepare for future industry impacts.

Submission Parameters
Sessions are offered in 14 professional tracks, helping providers learn the latest best practices for performance, financial and clinical improvement and to earn industry education credits. All speaker submissions should provide information directly applicable to today's healthcare environment and support new ideas and/or proven approaches to reduce costs and inefficiency while promoting high quality care.

Successful speaker sessions will:

 • Comply with MedAssets policies
 • Comply with industry-accepted CPE regulations
 • Be educational in nature
 • Avoid content that directly sells or promotes a company's products or services
